All the people known to have gotten it had close contact with infected birds, mostly in rural villages in Asia. Where there is no close contact with infected birds, there&#8217;s no human disease.</p>
<p>More good news: The food supply is protected. The poultry industry and the U.S. government take Asian avian influenza very seriously because it can threaten commercial poultry. It&#8217;s spread by migratory birds, so the federal government monitors wild birds in areas where there could be contact with Asian birds.</p>
<p>In addition, security on poultry farms is very tight. Poultry are kept away from wild birds. Strict procedures keep the virus from being tracked into the birds&#8217; living space. Poultry farmers&#8217; number one priority is to protect their flocks.</p>
<p>The industry and state governments sponsor extensive testing programs to watch for any signs of Asian avian influenza. Under the National Chicken Council&#8217;s program, which nearly all chicken companies follow, each flock is tested. Any poultry flock found to be infected with Asian avian influenza would be destroyed on the farm and would not enter the food supply.</p>
<p>You can also feel confident about your chicken or turkey dinners. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), you can&#8217;t get &#8220;bird flu&#8221; from properly handled and cooked food. Just be sure to follow the instructions already printed on each package of fresh meat and poultry sold in the United States. The instructions are the same as they have always been-nothing special is needed. On the remote chance that an infected bird got into the food supply, it wouldn&#8217;t affect consumers. The U.S. Department of Agriculture recommends cooking poultry to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. This is more than enough to destroy any flu viruses that may be present.</p>

Aerobic exercises utilize oxygen as the major fuel for sustaining activity for relatively long periods.</p>
<p>In general, aerobic exercises are those activities that require large muscle work, elevate the heart rate to between 60 percent and 80 percent of maximal heart rate, are continuous in nature and are of 15 to 60 minutes in duration. An aerobically fit individual can work longer, more vigorously and achieve a quicker recovery at the end of the aerobic session.</p>
<p>Aerobic exercises fall in two categories:</p>
<p>Low to Moderate Impact aerobics – These include walking, swimming, stair climbing, step classes, light water aerobics, rowing and cross-country skiing. Nearly anyone in reasonable health can engage in some low- to moderate-impact exercise. Brisk walking burns more calories than jogging for the same distance because it takes more time to walk than jog that distance and poses less risk for injury to muscle and bone.</p>
<p>High-Impact aerobics – Activities that belong to this group include running, dance exercise, tennis, racquetball and squash. High-impact aerobics should be performed on alternate days. People who are overweight, elderly, out of condition or have an injury or other medical problem should do them even less frequently and only with clearance from their doctor.</p>
<p>Here are some of the many aerobic exercises you can do and because of the variety you have to choose from, it can not only take the bordum out of doing it, it can make doing it downright fun as well.</p>
<p>1. Walking<br />
Walking is a popular form of exercise because it requires little in terms of equipment or facilities. Walking an extra 20 minutes each day will burn off 7 pounds of body fat per year. Longer, moderately-paced daily walks are best for losing weight.</p>
<p>2. Jogging/Running<br />

<p>There are three delivery systems that add HGH into the system: homeopathic sublingual sprays, pharmaceutical injections, or pills that stimulate the release of HGH from the pituitary gland. With all three choices the goal is the same: to raise the measurable IGF-1 levels in the body in order to gain the youthful benefits. The short discussion below on all three therapies will help you discover which protocol is right for you.</p>
<p>Human Growth Hormone Pills:</p>

<p>The components of physical fitness are:</p>
<p>*  Cardiorespiratory (CR) endurance &#8211; the efficiency with which the body delivers oxygen and nutrients needed for muscular activity and transports waste products from the cells.</p>
<p>*  Muscular strength &#8211; the greatest amount of force a muscle or muscle group can exert in a single effort.</p>
<p>*  Muscular endurance &#8211; the ability of a muscle or muscle group to perform repeated movements with a sub-maximal force for extended periods of times.</p>
<p>*  Flexibility &#8211; the ability to move the joints or any group of joints through an entire, normal range of motion.</p>
<p>*  Body composition &#8211; the percentage of body fat a person has in comparison to his or her total body mass.</p>
<p>Improving the first three components of fitness listed above will have a positive impact on body composition and will result in less fat. Excessive body fat detracts from the other fitness components, reduces performance, detracts from appearance, and negatively affects your health.</p>
